As CNBC notes, "a college education is now the second-largest expense in a lifetime — right after purchasing a home." If you are interested in protecting that investment, you should carefully consider purchasing Allianz Tuition Insurance. The Essential plan offers basic protection for just $29.95 per semester. The Preferred plan offers reimbursement up to 100% in the event of an illness or injury (including pre-existing conditions) and up to 80% in the event of a Mental Health Disorder. For maximum peace of mind, consider the Advantage plan, which adds coverage for withdrawals that result from any unforeseen reason.
