A Sense of Security Sending Daughter to College

Thea, parent of Texas Christian University student: I was pretty excited to hear that renters insurance existed, and then whenever I found out the cost, I thought, well, that's a no-brainer — we have to have this.

My name's Thea, and I have a daughter who's a sophomore at Texas Christian University. She's my only daughter, so there's a lot of things you worry about.

When we were in orientation, we were told about GradGuard. I'm an insurance adjuster, so it's — do we really need this, or are there things that come up?
